I use 2 goggles in my workouts. One for sprint sets (tight and uncomfortable), one for relaxed sets. Till now, I did nor see anybody doing the same. Am I the only one?
I checked the 'one only', because that seemed the closest answer. We swim in an outdoor pool, and usually it is just 1 pair for me. However I swim in the morning, around this time of year, it is still dark when we start, but then gets sunny during our workout, so I'll keep my mirrored goggles handy and switch. By May, I'm using just the mirrored goggles the whole time. Then the reverse in fall, and my non-mirrored during the winter when it is still dark outside.
