Froggy brother's and sisters: Do you have any specific dry land exercises you do for your knees. I know extensions and curls are good to stabilise. Anyone have any other tips? Rich

Fort's first post had a lot of good tips.Lots of warmup, lots of cool down, lots of stretching, ice, ice, ice. Speaking of ice, don't walk on it. That seems to be harder on your knees than breaststroke. LOL Allen I feel it if I walk on ice...it's bad on knees and ankles... Well i guess I'll see how the kneel feels in the water tomorrow. I don't have a choice on the tiling it's 60% done nobody will take the job to finish it now...wife doesn't care, my best buddy just done crashed his truck and the dawg upped and died!
