I showed up to UMD yesterday looking to do a low-yardage workout scy, and had a surprise waiting - they set it up LCM while the kiddos are on spring break! So we did a recovery workout. Probably only ~3k. My legs weren't this sore after last week's kickapalooza. OUCH! However, I did get some good snorkelage in - its much easier w/o all those turns! And I loved getting in that groove!
