Warren, In your LCM race you're going to get to the middle of the pool and wonder, "Where's the freakin wall?" If you swim your LCM 50 like a SCM 50, you could to die bad. Lactatic acid will ooze. Piano's will fall. The 100 is even worse. If you can't find a LCM pool to train in then sprint 75's and 125's. LCM burns, especially breastroke.
