i have been reading a lot of the posts herein.... and it has occurred to me... (and this will surely betray my newbie-ness) there are an awful lot of abbreviations and terms used that leave me essentially having no clue what was said.... is there a book out there someplace "swimese for dummies" or the like? i speak several languages, sadly swimese is not yet among them..... i can swim two miles comfortably, and have energy left over after to go run three miles... but decode the posts on this board?.... any reference/resource suggestions gladly accepted... thanks. be, jim

More: IMHO: In my humble opinion IRL: In real life OW: open water FAF: FAF Sista (Fortress, Swimr4Life and FlyQueen: "fast, athletic and flirtatious" from the unashamedly inane superhero thread) J/K: Just kidding MLL: Monkey La La GA: Geek attack CI: Continuous Improvement MS: Mindful Swimming NI: Neural Imprinting I'm sure others can add more. Donna: SS stands for SwimStud. That was a personal attack.
