I broke out my inversion table to help with my low back issues. Felt a nice stretch last night while listening to relaxing tunes on the Ipod.
I'm curious if anyone else has used one of these tables, and if they have done any stretches/exercises to help with swimming.
Obvioulsy I know Paul Smith slept hanging on his inversion table through his childhood, which explains his gargantuan height--but looking for other input too..
Hah! Right back at you "cloud scraper!" Think I don't read other threads?
So has any one got anything to say about inversion tables good or bad?

Hey this is your thread now ....remember the hijacking rules....How's "Portero" then....I did grow up in South Houston you know!
Houston? Wow were you a gangbanger? back in the day?

Cool I'm glad its "hijack my thread Friday"....b/c I was afraid that this Inversion table topic might head in a southernly direction before long anyways....especially when you consider the OP....LOL!!
Lets put it this way Richie old Chap....I wasn't in any gangs growing up... but I played a lot of street soccer with the vatos o.k. I also grew up playing organized soccer as well.....So I can smoke you just like a gangbanger would only on the soccer field (or in the water) instead o.k. Richie Old boy!...LOL!!:thhbbb: (only j/k now Richie...I know you're getting a lot faster in the water these days and maybe you will be smoking me in the water before long....of course breastroke doesn't count!)

Since this thread was started by a misplaced gymnast (I guess thats evident from the intial whining in his first post).....I suggest all REAL swimmers ignore it.
I guess you're too late Paul b/c this real swimmer has already joined in....It was an invitation to cast puffballs at the British dude...So how was I suppose to resist that now?...LOL!
