I, too, want to welcome any lurkers, non-lurkers who rarely post and anyone who wants to join a large group of people who love the sport of swimming. I joined, I believe, in October, and have found great information and writing friends here. As far as I am concerned, we are all elite swimmers because we are trying our best; some are fast, some are not and it doesn't mean a hill of beans; we are ALL swimmers searching for good health, good swim technique, improved times, and fellowship.
Welcome to all new people, I mean this.
And for those who don't know me, I'm the older island lady who lives in the western caribbean and only swims open water.
