USS Meet Photos

Had a small meet this weekend for the kids. My daughter managed to shave about 10 seconds or so off of her 10 and under 50 back time which made us all very happy. Even now, I am not so sure how she managed it but I am happy nonetheless. I have told her before that keeping her ears inside the cap would help shave a few seconds! Her ears are actually quite small but she like them to hang out when she swims...strange. Crazy kids these days. While this is not USMS related I figured it could be grandfathered in since it is swimming. i134.photobucket.com/.../DSC_2731.jpg i134.photobucket.com/.../DSC_2729.jpg i134.photobucket.com/.../DSC_2718.jpg i134.photobucket.com/.../DSC_2715.jpg i134.photobucket.com/.../DSC_2740.jpg i134.photobucket.com/.../DSC_2753.jpg i134.photobucket.com/.../DSC_2771.jpg

Matt, Great photos but I have to take your daughter's side on the cap over the ears thing. I always swim with my cap on like that; I can't stand it down over my ears when I swim because I feel it slightly creeping up and it distracts me, plus with ears free, the water comes and goes and doesn't get caught in there. And the way to avoid bubble head is to get the head wet before the cap goes on. As you can see, I am very experienced in cap wearing!!! So here's one for the daughter!!! donna
