Nice pictures and cute, cute, cute. and I am jealous that the weather is warm enough to swim outdoors, we had an ice storm yesterday!
My daughter is almost 14 and still hangs her ears out. But now the cap rises on her head and she has a bubble head.
Here is a shot I just finished that I took last weekend at the beach with a 10.5 Fisheye. It's swimming related if you are into open water swimming.

Cute kid!!
Does she wanna make a post and give us all tips how to shave time? ;) That's really impressive, good for her!!!:woot:
I told her to enjoy it while she could. Then she asked me when I would be able to shave 10-15 seconds off of my times. :laugh2: Good times!
It was a whopping 39 degrees at check in yesterday and around noon the temperature had risen to a sunburn inducing 55 degrees...not including the wind that came up. It was FAR from an ice storm, but colder than most would care to swim in.
Matt,
Great photos but I have to take your daughter's side on the cap over the ears thing. I always swim with my cap on like that; I can't stand it down over my ears when I swim because I feel it slightly creeping up and it distracts me, plus with ears free, the water comes and goes and doesn't get caught in there.
And the way to avoid bubble head is to get the head wet before the cap goes on. As you can see, I am very experienced in cap wearing!!! So here's one for the daughter!!!
