Swim Band - for dry hair under a cap

Has anybody ever tried a 'swim band" to keep your hair dryer under a cap? I use one and yes it works! You make it your self.. there not sold. www.geocities.com/.../swimband.html

    Wearing two caps is more watertight then the swim band if both caps can cover the ears, cutting the inner cap for a band makes it come down over the ears to seal all that area which is where most leaks come from. Lots of people can not get a latex or silicon cap to completely cover their ears . The olympic swimmers were wearing a second cap a couple of years ago and the outer cap was something like a hard shell or a least a stiffer plastic . That system was strictly for speed not hair care. I saw the "speed" cap on the web and it was about 80 dollars but have not sceen them since.
