Swim Band - for dry hair under a cap

Has anybody ever tried a 'swim band" to keep your hair dryer under a cap? I use one and yes it works! You make it your self.. there not sold. www.geocities.com/.../swimband.html

    Yes I use the bubble strap cap over the swim band just as the page shows. The bubble caps are easy to put on, much more so the the latex or silicon type. The swim band works under or over any type swimcap to keep water out and its really simple to make. The silicon caps made into a swim band work best. I will say you have to get the swim band and the outer cap on "just right". Sometimes I get a leak on one side or the other never both, most times its bone dry right away even back strokeing. It does save time blowdrying ect and is great for long hair or lunch time swimmers with little locker room time. Several swimmers at my pool really like it.
