I was fine at swimming; got home it started to ache now it hurts to bend it or have any lateral motion. Ice and advil huh?
I think it's probably just a bit strained...let's hope...

What exactly is going on in the knee when pain is caused by breaststoke, is it streched ligaments, something with the bone, or what?
