I was fine at swimming; got home it started to ache now it hurts to bend it or have any lateral motion. Ice and advil huh?
I think it's probably just a bit strained...let's hope...
Poolrat, I belive the surgical tubing is almost like an overcorrection drill. You want more movement/seperation in the knees than a tight band would allow.
