Things to work on this weekend (or until i get it right):

- Practice flip turns facing up
- Dolphin kicks only when pushing off
- Practice body pulsing
- Practice streamlined kicking (freestyle)
- Practice keeping head down when pushing off until stroking cycle (thanks Ande)
- 4x25's: count stroke rate, try to reduce count each lap
- 4x100's: time each 100, try to improve each 100.
