Gang what is your favourite power/energy bar? what do you guys like for energy and not repeating on you during practice?

Life is to short to eat (or more appropriately, consume) Gu.
I couldn't agree more!
If I feel I need to have food along for a longish workout, I like the plain whole wheat bagel or the pbj on grain bread. But I seldom (almost never) eat anything before my 5 a.m. swim. Afterwards I have my steel cut oatmeal, yogurt and a banana that I pack to eat at work.
