Gang what is your favourite power/energy bar? what do you guys like for energy and not repeating on you during practice?

  • Well 2000 yards later I feel like crud. Stomach pains; I still bonked at training and didn't get what I wanted to do done. I think I'm worn out Sunday: 4 hours tiling floor, Monday: 3800yards, Tuesday: not enough to eat, Wednesday: Bonked in training. SwimDud Heather will be happy to hear my fly sucked tonight! Absolutely thrilled! :D Actually, I want to share my love of fly with all, so it would have been great if you realized how fabulous that stroke is, too! After a LOT of fly last night my poor little (or not so little) arms were happy to have a completely fly free workout! :woot:
