What's your powerbar?

Gang what is your favourite power/energy bar? what do you guys like for energy and not repeating on you during practice?

  • I like peanut butter and jelly (or just peanut butter) on any old bread I've got around. I can eat a half a sandwich worth up to 1/2 hour before either practice or a meet event and not have "barf" issues. Of course, I'm also an old Gatorade kinda guy... blue or red. I sip these during meets, but prior to or during a practice it's just water out of the tap for me.
