I usually practice in the evenings on my way home from work, so usually the last food down is whatever I ate for lunch.
IF I show up for a morning practice, I usually chow on something quick, like a bran bar or single cup of dry cereal on my way out the door.
During meets, my powerbar is a PowerBar, usually vanilla or peanut butter. I also like it when my mom makes her sugar-topped blueberry muffins for breakfasts during a meet weekend. Yum. If the meet is long, I'll carry some extra muffins, bran bars, rice crispy treats and sometimes the trusty ham sandwich to carry me until the post-meet chow.
