What's your powerbar?

Gang what is your favourite power/energy bar? what do you guys like for energy and not repeating on you during practice?

  • PB on wheat for me too. But I like Luna Smores and Clif's Lemon Poppy. I can do caffeinated carb/protein gu gels too. Some people hate the texture, but I don't mind it and they are easily digestible. 30 minutes before is usually good. I don't usually have too much trouble with "repeats." But I wouldn't like to eat a huge meal right before practice. If you have trouble, try accelerade in the water during practice. Snickers marathon bars are disgusting! Like lead in the stomach.
