Ande.....John and I have been talking the last few years about how fast so many elite swimmers are going these days "unrested". Much can be attributed to the new suits but there is something else going on....the old days of training hard for 4 months, swimming like crap the whole time, tapering and having big drops is gone....on the flip side these guys rarely drop much when they do finally fully taper......interesting.
