Hello everyone,
My coach has me kicking for 2 hours or more with fins. The only problem is they were rubbing my heal raw, so I added socks the next day and then came home with 4 very raw and missing skin off 4 of my toes. Today I wrapped and tapped them and wore the socks again, but it diffently affected my work out. I was a good 20 mins slower getting my 5000 yards in. What can I do to ease the discomfort till the skin heals and how can I prevent it from happening again?

Thank you Kristi I will try that and keep it in my bag. I have tomorrow off, so will give me a day without them. Hopefully by Thursday I will be able to wrap and use the petrolum jelly. Thank you for the great advice.
