Have any breaststrokers tried the Breaststroke Fin by Speedo? If so, what is your impression of it.

The Speedo Fin uses the outside of the foot to perform the "catch"
in the BR kick. Ideally the inside of the foot makes the "catch".
Ed Moses modified hand paddles and used them on the the inside of his feet.
He said it made a tremendous difference in his kick catch.
