What does Decend mean???

I printed out one of the workouts on the forum. Most everything I understand, but I didn't understand this one. I modified the workout a little to what I can do. 1x50 pull descend 1-5, easy #6, desecnd 7-11 :10 rest I found that Descend means- get fast across several repeats I still don't get it can someone explain?
