Do you drink water (or something else) during a swimming workout? If yes, during what kind of workouts (easy sets, sprint sets, long or short cruises, etc.)? Water polo players and young swimmers (in my local pool) do not drink anything during a workout. What are your experiences about this subject?

I use Accelerade, Powerade or Propel depending on what I grab out of the 'frig. I only sip on it during the workouts usually in between sets. I'll also use Endurox (within 15 minutes preferably) of completing the workout. I find when I adhere to this program I recover quicker and have less side effects of a hard workout on the following day. I do have to admit I haven't been adhereing to the program lately but maybe that can be my New Year's resolution.:drink:
