Is it just me or does it seem like everybody and their brother in usms is a buterflyer.

It's all relative.
I consider myself a flyer. BUT, I can only swim about two laps pretty well.
I die on the 100, and the 200 is not even worth discussing.
And when it comes to doing fly sets in practice, I do lots of fly drill and free/ fly and never any long yardage in it. (I never did 10x200 fly in any practice - as a kid or otherwise).
So, in reality, that's not really a butterflyer, but I count myself as one. . . maybel b/c I was pretty good in it as a kid. Depends on your definition of a "butterflyer."
Perhaps some of us are just trying to be positive!
