OK I feel great after my swim..my body is ready to rest my eye are tired I smell of "pool" etc...y'know the normal after swim. ;)
I seem to get very restless in the night and keep waking...event though i am nicely exhausted. Anyone else get this or curious to know why it's happening--if it's related to swimming.
Myguess is not hydrating enough...
Richjb:
Are you practicing at night? When I practice at night (7:30-9:00), I am usually up much later. My body is tired, but my brain is not. I have read that it is not ideal to exercise late at night because it can prompt a delayed or less restful sleep. The ideal time to exercise, from a physiological viewpoint, is apparently the afternoon. This is my favorite time. Of course, it doesn't always suit the schedule.
