Breastroke Speed for a mile

Hey all I just started swimming again for exercise gone from 1/4 mile to 1 mile in about 3 weeks (2 swims a week) muscles needed to adapt first. I'm hitting around the 40-50 (need to time for accuracy) minute mark to swim the mile breastroke. What should be a goal time to aim for I'm 37, 190ish, 5'8". Obviously I'm not going to go out and try to make a goal time at next swim but I can try to increase speed in incremements. Not trying to make event times just set a goal for a nice solid workout tempo for now. Thanks in advance for any input. Rich

Well, there is one breastroker on this site. A mile of breasstroke? Who would ever think of a cruel thing to do, I would rather it be fly :-) Seriously though, a mile of breaststroke, wouldnt that be hard on your knees? I wouldnt know since I cant swim that stroke. Actually I can but try to avoid it at all costs :-)
