There seems to be as many opinions and misinformation floating around about personal weight that I thought we might share and perhaps open our minds a bit. Here are the questions that I feel will provide useful info:

This season I am trying to lower my percent body fat. I would perfer more muscle mass as opposed to adipose tissue. I am up about 25 pounds since high school and the weight is not muscle. I have been doing dryland 2 or 3 times a week this entire year and only swimming once a week and my swimming shows it. I have more time now and will be going to the pool more often with the goal of 4 times a week as I did last year.
