There seems to be as many opinions and misinformation floating around about personal weight that I thought we might share and perhaps open our minds a bit. Here are the questions that I feel will provide useful info:

What steps are you taking, or will you be taking, to lose or
gain the weight difference between present & optimum.

Okay I'll jump in on this one - I"m not shy even though it is said women should never revel this information..... but we have no trouble reveling other things...

NO more Sonic M&M blasts, gain back the pound I just lost because of them. I have been doing -no candy, more water, popcorn once a week, one drink a day, no french fries or fried food. And of course swim more...trying to do swim least 4 times a week with an avg. of 3 miles a week.
