Anybody use Zoomers Fins? I was considering ordering some and see the sizing is somewhat confusing. I wear a 10 shoe (narrow foot) and the size choices in the Zoomers for me is a 8.5-10 or a 10-11.5 I was wondering do they run large or small? Go with the larger size or smaller?

Oionions please I want to incorporate the use of fins in my workout, but am not sure of what type of fin to use/buy. I reread the article in the swimbag section of Swimmer, and am still confused. I find when I use fins I develop leg cramps pretty quickly - about 6 laps, some of the fins reportedly decrease leg cramps ie HydroTech z fins but they also have the cut out foot which I am not sure about. My Y has tons of Speedo Optimus training fins which are the ones I am using. Should I invest in my own, if so which ones? Am I doing something wrong that I get leg cramps? Most of the swimmers I see use the zoomers or these speedo ones. Two of our guys really like the TYR split fins but their feet are little too big for me to try their fins. Should I just struggle on with the Y fins - is it a matter of conditioning? Thanks for your input.
