The guy who bought one of our fast-dry swim towels and complained that it didn't work as advertised...they have Silver which kills bacteria so they don't get musty, but he said his towel was stinky. He sent it back. He was right!! It really stunk. He had not washed it in 6 months. I washed it...what a miracle! (They really do need to be washed occasionally...lol) By the way, thank you Aqua-Geek for your recommendation of our towels on your recent blog. Leslie www.discoverytrekking.com The HUGE demographic you should be targeting is the mothers of teenage boys, regardless of if they are in a sport or not. When I was in high school some of those guys hardly ever took their gym clothes and/or towels home. Aside from being potentially profitable it would also be a huge olfactory public service. -LBJ
  • He got a new "suit." He replaced the faded yellow one with a tiny pink one that has severe modesty issues. So... there's no more asking "why." I wonder if any of the noodlers is going to complain to management... if they haven't already... LOL! Fortunately, no one at my pool is so daring. However, I have come across people doing something similar in other locations than a pool. I was at a Whole Foods store one afternoon, when this really tall, buff guy at the end of the aisle turned around and started walking toward me. He was wearing bright pinkish colored compression shorts that left absolutely nothing to the imagination. He made a point of looking me right in the eyes as he passed by, with an odd smirk on his face, which really creeped me out even more. Talk about an uncomfortable experience.
  • why why why why why would a 50ish bald man train in a swimsuit that could best be described as a g-string? and this wasn't the first time he's done it either the pool was crowded this morning, i had to share a lane with him :afraid: whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy He got a new "suit." It occurred to me this morning that my black Speedo Endurance practice brief and Calisthenics Man's black competition brief look Victorian by comparison. :lmao:
  • It's called talent. Usually, it is talent(which I don't have, :( ). Also, it is really the difference of having 4 years of college swimming and not competing in college or only doing 1 year of college swimming. Of course, The Fortress is the exception to this rule as well.
  • Pet Peeve: I hate when swimmers train for two months, can't hack a gruelling practice but can put out stellar times. WTF?

  • Don't tell me "You Can't" when yes I did and yes I can! Just because I'm inexperienced doesn't mean I'm not capable!
