Thanks Kirk! Yep, it was a few years ago. It was in 2000. It was a lot of fun, but also the most terrifying experience of my life. My knees literally knocked together the whole time I was playing.
It was long enough ago that they had not doubled the dollar amounts, so I didn't win as much money as I could have. I won $5200 the first game and the game I came in second I won a trip to the Bahamas. That was when they still gave away prizes for second and third.
Congratulations on being on Millionaire! My brother passed the test, but was never picked for the show. I think Regis was probably easier to talk to than Alex. Alex scared me! But he was actually pretty nice to me.
