How do you create an official usms team? What do you have to do to get it approved?

Warren, Your Local Masters Swimming Committee (LMSC) chair will be able to help you form a club. Most of the commonwealth of Virginia is within the Virginia LMSC, check out www.usms.org/.../lmscofficers.php for contact information or look at the Virginia website http://www.vaswim.org/
