when you're moving out of state, and your choice of new apartment is greatly influenced by the shape and size of the apartment complex's pool...

when you buy your house (which needs a new roof and has 3 jacks holding up the kitchen floor and you buy it NOT contingent on the sale of your existing house) because it is across the street from the converted quarry-pool... ...which has a 50m pool across the narrow width :) unfortunately it is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day! :(
