For the past month, after my 3500 yd swim workout I find an open lane and spend 15-30 min using my Aqua Jogger to speed down the lane at a 5:00 min 100 yd pace. As a tool to rehab a running injury, there is probably nothing else like my Aqua Jogger. As a Triathlete, I suffered achillies tendonitis late last year that left me unable to run or bike. So I was stuck with swimming only over the winter months. I have now started to run on trails and my legs and achillies feel much stronger than I thought possible from doing pool work exclusivly. I have seen some bad press on this site recently concerning the Aqua Jogger, so just my 2 cents, but if you need a good cross training tool, I highly reccomend the Aqua Jogger :D

    Barry- go easy on the Geek; we've all been concerned about the decline of his postings. I've even offered that he come and stay at our house (in the crawlspace, mind you), so that I could tune him up on a few small points (spelling & grammar) but he prefers to noodle his way along being the nature child.
