Ok Im doing kicking sets on the side What is the bect/ corect position/way to do kicking on the side? I mainly need to know about the arm position because the first reason for these sets is SHOULDER/s problem Feel free to post on ANYTHING related to kicking on the side Thank you

    I kick on my back because of shoulder problems and because it seems to work my legs harder than kicking on my stomach. I generally put one arm pointing towards the end of the pool (my good arm) and leave my bad arm lying by my side. If you are bound and determined to kick on your side I suppose you should lead with your good arm and alternate to the bad arm if you can do so without discomfort.
