So i have been on a swim team for years when i was younger but now i'm 20 and i'm going to be lifeguarding all summer. So i wondered if you have any suggestions on swim suits. See i am very um...gifted on my topper portion and competition suits don't normally hold me in very well so i need help with that. And my hair is dry enough let alone being in the sun all day and chlorine so if you have any suggestions on good hair product that would be awesome!

Phyto Products work well but there trendy and expensive. The oil is very good for hair if your in the sun and swim without a cap. Lifeguarding I would advise keep your skin in good shape with a high level sun screen you'll be glad of it in years to come, wear a big hat and cool shades.

the "Swimband" works great. cheap and easy to make I'm seeing
more and more of them around the pool. Worn over and under swimcaps.
