So i have been on a swim team for years when i was younger but now i'm 20 and i'm going to be lifeguarding all summer. So i wondered if you have any suggestions on swim suits. See i am very um...gifted on my topper portion and competition suits don't normally hold me in very well so i need help with that. And my hair is dry enough let alone being in the sun all day and chlorine so if you have any suggestions on good hair product that would be awesome!

I always found that my cap slipped off if I put conditioner on before swimming. BUT I have found the miracle leave in conditioner -- Paul Mitchell "The Conditioner." Normally, I don't go for the expensive stuff, but this really works. It actually makes my hair feel better on the days that I swim than on the days I don't.
