I think I found the best music for long distance swimming-probably best for a long Ocean Swim........... "Dub Side Of The Moon" by the Easy Star All Stars.
It's an awesome remake of Pink Floyd's Dark Side of The Moon by Reggae Artists. They plan to cut a remake of Radiohead also.

I usually go between rap, rock, alternative, and pop.
My main criteria for songs is ones that I know the lyrics too, and arn't really really distracting. Like Gold Digger, or Sugar We're Goin Down.
