I think I found the best music for long distance swimming-probably best for a long Ocean Swim........... "Dub Side Of The Moon" by the Easy Star All Stars.
It's an awesome remake of Pink Floyd's Dark Side of The Moon by Reggae Artists. They plan to cut a remake of Radiohead also.
Anyone listen to it?

You'll definitely want to have a couple of songs that you can really swim to, with a continuous beat that will match the speed that you swim at. I tend to like country more for that because of the slow beats. But when I try to get pumped up for a race, I'll listen to some metal and wined up my arms. But the choice for music is totally up to you and your swimming tech.
