Please e-mail your responses including: 1) Your Name 2) Your Age 3) Your Hometown ...plus 3-4 sentences describing your Swimming New Year's Resolution. • I resolve to know the difference between the Smiths, to stop making fun of the Canadian army, to believe that early blooming is a legitimate reply for any topic and to banish all pigeon lovin' fast skin wearin' swimmers back to the eastern part of the state where they belong.

Craig Johnson Galesburg, IL 47yrs 1) read my post on this board before I punch send & to correct typos. 2) work on turns to make sure I come out of them more streamlined. 3) be more understanding of people in my lane who don't know how to swim (especially with the pysho-girl who is constantly crying).

My personal New Year's Resolutions are to swim regularly - daily, as much as possible; to reach (and surpass) the level of fitness I had a couple years ago; to swim in my first competition in two years; to start competing more often; and to make time for good food/square meals rather than grabbing something fast and unhealthy and eating at the computer while working. • I resolve to hit the snooze bar only once instead of 2-3 times. I resolve to start swimming fly in practice to be able to compete in the IM I resolve to have more get togethers with friends. A.K. Miller 41 Chesapeake, VA (Transplant)
