Okay, the below questions are all about breaststroke, in a 25m pool.
With a 10m underwater pullout:
How many strokes do you take:
1) Going all out sprinting, no glide
2) Going moderately, half a second to 1 second glide
3) Long glide, 1 to 2 seconds glide?
I'm not a very good breaststroker, I take:
1) About 10, or 11
2) 8 or 9
3) 6 and half or 7
You?
DPS drill-take the fewest strokes per length using good form,(glide 1-2 sec)
Maximum DPS just work on streamlining,if you concentrate on it you can get about 60 ft. on the pullout leaving 15 ft. for 1 or 2 strokes. Again it's a streamlining drill.
