Does anyone here train or swim with a snorkel? I'm not sure if it would offer any advantages in training, except maybe taking some stress off the back and neck. But I guess this is the place to find out.
I find body roll is easier to practice with a snorkle as you have to concentrate on fewer things. It helps head position for if you bend your neck you feel it immediately. It is better for your shoulders as you are less like to be thrown into misalignment when you breathe.
