Does anyone here train or swim with a snorkel? I'm not sure if it would offer any advantages in training, except maybe taking some stress off the back and neck. But I guess this is the place to find out.

I think she meant that it would eliminate stress on the shoulder from stroke mechanics problems caused by misaligning your head while turning to breath.
