Does anyone here train or swim with a snorkel? I'm not sure if it would offer any advantages in training, except maybe taking some stress off the back and neck. But I guess this is the place to find out.

there is a guy who swims with snorkel at my pool. HIs kick sucks & he has lots of trouble turning when he doesn't have the snorkel on. I think they are really bad to use because they distrot the stroke.
