Hey, I hope you didn't interpret my post to say that I drink a full quart of POOL water. Of course, I bring my own! It's how I know I drink a full quart.
BTW, I'll bet that the guy who chided InnerFish about drinking water didn't take a shower before entering the pool... I wonder what his reaction would have been had I'Fish responded to him, "I drink my own water because you don't shower before getting into the pool..."
Well, I assumed you brought your own. Chlorine, despite the many wonderful recipes for it, just never does much for a drink. And you seem like a pretty sensibel guy! :)
I'm actually pretty careful what I say to other swimmers at the pool... who knows...they may just have been to Karate or kickboxing class before swimming. ;)
