2005 Short Course National Championships Psych Sheets
www.usms.org/.../www.usms.org/.../
doesn't anyone wanna dish about national results?
the Mens 200 IM is done but the results aren't posted
I'm wondering if my 1:59.9 time held up
is patrick duggan karen duggan's husband
patrick did a nice 200 back, he split it 60.0 60.9
which is excellent splitting.

yeah me too, I'd love to be there right now.. ahhh.. perhaps next time I can go and cheer.. and maybe the year after that I can actually compete! (we'll see)
nice time Ande looks like you've still got the time to beat! impressive!
jeff erwin swam a really good 1000 and mile
he could sneak past them both
smith should be able to go 46 in the 100
which is much faster then patten or erwin
time will tell

I don't know if SFF has helped richard, He's been swimming fast for years. It's because of who he is and how he trains. He was fast in college, I think he went 21 point something in the 1960's.
Richard has figured out how to correctly train for sprints and he puts in the work, both in the pool and with his strength training.
montgomery punched an impressive 100 at Nats
he wasn't nearly as fast at zones in april.

Richard Abrahams is amazing. I wonder how much training he does. He must have been reading your faster faster writings. :)
I noticed under the men's 100 free results a swimmer from the past,...with an infamous achievement.
Is that the Jim Montgomery who was the first man ever under 50 seconds for the LCM 100 meter free? His age would seem about right. It was the '76 Olympiad.
