    I always wear my fastskin, Love it. People ask me, does it *really* help. I say, of course, it holds in all the fat ripples. I drop about 3-4 seconds per 100 wearing it. Of course, I'm not fast by any stretch of the immagination. Seem like it doesn't help top swimmers as much.
