need warm-up b4 breaststroke event

Hi pros, here. Please share me with what is your warm up before a breaststroke event. And do you warm-up AGAIN if there is still say 60 min before the event? Thank you.

I do lots of drills and not any pace or sprint. The drills are far more beneficial for me :)
