Does anyone have experience with stretchcordz short belt (or long belt) when lap swimming is impossible? I swim at the local Y which has a sorry lap swim schedule, including no lap swimming on Saturdays, can you believe it? I have considered using stretchcordz for continuous swimming in place during rec swim, at which time they have a rope across the width of the pool. Would appreciate suggestions.

I've done some vertical kicking on my own..... not sure what came over me. I even tried it with fly kick.
